Wales Bonner has appointed Dave as her new SS26 Jewel of London

The 27-year-old UK rapper is plucked by Jamie Hawkesworth lenses for the brands new campaign.

You might think Johannes Vermeer’s “Girl with a Pearl Earring” essence might have been in the same room with Dave but as Wales Bonner comes with direction. The Hermes Menswear creative director chose London’s most celebrated rapper for her latest fashion movement. In one of the shots, Dave peers over his shoulder with a dense cloth draped on top of his head channelling Vermeers painted muse. The artists partnership titled “Jewel,” finds the designer carrying an ideal of representation, what Wales Bonner is known for. Supporting emerging talent and diversity.
