BLK BRIT - Unfiltered: More Than Hair

Our hair tells stories—of roots, resilience, creativity, and choice. Every curl, coil, kink, and wave carries an experience that’s uniquely ours. At BLK Brit we celebrate Afro hair in all its textures, honouring the individuality, culture, and confidence woven into every strand.

BLK BRIT developed an original hair-focused campaign, overseeing the creative concept and set design alongside social media strategy and talent sourcing. From shaping the campaign’s visual direction to identifying talent aligned with its vision, we brought the concept to life through a considered approach to creative development and cultural storytelling. Our mission was to explore the challenges Black women and men face in Western society and notion of fitting standards against our natural state, therefore held an important conversation with Felicia Annang (Hairstylist), Chloe Letts (Account Manager), Kas (Artist) and Michael Sabuni (Photographer and Model) to discuss all things texture hair.
